针织结构医用敷料研究进展

摘　　要：医用敷料的主要功能是临时覆盖各类创伤和创口表面,以防止细菌感染和其他外部因素对其造成不良影响,防止水分和蛋白质的过度流失,起到保护创口、创面,促进愈合的作用。针织结构的织物质地柔软、弹性良好,具有优异的灵活性和较大的孔隙率在医用敷料领域具有广泛的应用。对现有的针织结构医用敷料进行探究与总结,介绍了针织结构的相关特点,归纳总结了针织结构的特有优势增强或赋予医用敷料的部分功能以及对医用敷料未来前景的展望。The main function of medical dressings is to temporarily cover all types of wounds and wound surfaces to prevent bacterial infection and other external factors that adversely affect them,to prevent excessive loss of water and protein,and to protect wounds,traumas,and to promote the role of healing.Knitted fabrics with soft texture,good elasticity,excellent flexibility and large porosity have a wide range of applications in the field of medical dressings.The article explores and summarizes the existing knitted dressings,introduces the relevant features of the knitted structure,summarizes the unique advantages of the knitted structure to enhance or give some of the functions of the dressings as well as the outlook on the future prospects of medical dressings.
