摘 要:抗生素作为典型新污染物,其去除手段已成为污染治理中关注的重点。目前,关于藻类在抗生素去除方面的研究工作取得了重要进展。文章首先通过分析藻类生理状态、抗生素理化性质等影响因素,揭示了藻类去除抗生素的复杂机制(生物富集、生物降解和非生物因素)。其次,特别关注了藻类生物技术,明确了其在抗生素废水处理中的应用前景,但目前该技术更多局限于实验室研究,仍需进一步研究和优化以便应用推广。Antibiotics are typical new pollutants,and their removal methods have become the focus of pollution control.Currently,important progress has been made in the research work on algae in antibiotic removal.The article firstly analyzes the factors affecting the physiological state of algae and the physicochemical properties of antibiotics and reveals the complex mechanisms(bioconcentration,biodegradation and abiotic factors)of antibiotic removal by algae.Secondly,special attention has been paid to algal biotechnology,and the prospect of its application in antibiotic wastewater treatment has been clarified.However,at present,the technology is more confined to laboratory studies and still needs further research and optimization for application and promotion.
