摘 要:微型计算机作为更新换代频率最高的信息和通信技术设备之一,在其生命周期末端处置不当将产生大量碳排放。循环再生可以降低原生材料的矿石资源消耗及生产过程的能源消耗,是降低碳排放的有效方法。本研究基于生命周期评价理论,应用三种循环分配方法,对微型计算机外壳中可循环铝合金的原生及再生材料的碳排放进行研究。分析比较发现相比于使用原生铝合金材料,使用再生铝合金材料制备微型计算机外壳的GWP排放量通过cut-off、CFF、end-of-life recycling循环分配方法计算分别降低了79.79%、37.50%、0%,根据未来我国电力结构的改变,预测到2025年、2030年、2035年因采用再生铝合金框架相比于基准情景为调研企业带来的温室气体减排量分别为:66.91%、65.46%、63.89%。信息和通信技术行业再生铝合金的使用在碳减排方面具有较大的潜力。As one of the most frequently replaced information and communication technology equipment,the improper disposal of the microcomputers at the end of their life will generate a large amount of carbon emissions.Circular regeneration,emphasizing the recycling and reuse of materials,stands out as an effective approach to mitigate carbon emissions by reducing the consumption of primary raw materials and the associated energy inputs during production.Based on the life cycle assessment(LCA)theory,the carbon emissions of primary aluminum alloy and recycled aluminum alloy used in microcomputer shell was studied by considering three recycle distribution methods.A comparative analysis revealed that,compared with the primary aluminum alloy,the greenhouse gas emissions(GWP)linked to the fabrication of microcomputer casings with recycled aluminum alloy decreased by 79.79%,37.50%,and 0%through the cut-off,CFF,and end-of-life recycling allocation methods,respectively.Considering the future change trend of China’s electricity structure,it is predicted that compared with the baseline scenario,the greenhouse gas emissions reduction brought by the recycled aluminum alloy frame for the enterprises investigated were 66.91%,65.46%and 63.89%by 2025,2030,and 2035,respectively.The use of recycled aluminum alloy in the ICT industry has great potential for carbon emission reduction.
