摘 要:探究聚合物水泥防水涂料中苯丙乳液乳胶粒的平均粒径对其涂膜性能的影响及微观结构的差异。采用种子乳液聚合工艺,通过控制阴非离子乳化剂配比,合成一系列具有不同平均粒径的苯丙乳液,加入一定量的助剂并与粉料复配,制得不同平均粒径苯丙乳液的聚合物水泥防水涂料。实验结果证明,在配方既定的情况下,乳液与水泥的相容性与乳胶粒的粒径有关,较好的相容性能够得到物理性能优异的涂膜,其中,乳液粒径为228 nm时微观结构最致密,缺陷、毛细孔较少。乳液粒径为在259 nm时,所得涂膜的综合机械性能(拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和粘接强度)最优。The effect of average particle size of styrene acrylic emulsion on film properties and microstructure of polymer cement waterproof coating were investigated.By using seed emulsion polymerization process and controlling the ratio of negative non-ionic emulsifier,a series of styrene acrylic emulsion with different average particle size were synthesized,and a certain amount of additives were added and mixed with powder to prepare polymer cement waterproof coating with different average particle size of styrene acrylic emulsion.The experimental results show that the compatibility of emulsion and cement is related to the particle size of latex,and better compatibility can obtain excellent physical properties of the film,in which the particle size of emulsion 228 nm is the most dense microstructure,fewer defects and pores.When the emulsion particle size is 259 nm,the mechanical properties(tensile strength,elongation at break and bonding strength)of the film are the best.
