摘 要:本文以上海某污染场地为实例,针对存在的有机污染物、重金属污染土壤采用化学氧化和化学淋洗技术,利用生石灰激活过硫酸钠发生氧化反应去除有机污染物和柠檬酸淋洗去除重金属污染物的技术原理进行污染土壤修复施工。综合考虑工期、药剂使用成本、二次污染、修复效果等因素,通过施工现场中试试验确定规模化修复所需的化学氧化修复药剂生石灰和过硫酸钠的投加比例分别为1.5%、2.0%,化学淋洗剂柠檬酸添加浓度为40 mmol/L、水土固液比1:3、停留时间30 min,对氯仿、乙苯、萘、总石油烃(C10-C40)、锑、镍的污染土壤进行修复,去除率分别为99.99%、99.97%、99.49%、82.99%、93.98%、85.26%,修复后土壤经过监测达到修复目标值的要求。Taking a polluted site in Shanghai as an example,this paper adopts chemical oxidation and chemical leaching technology for the existing organic pollutants and heavy metal polluted soil,and uses the technical principle of activated lime sodium persulfate oxidation reaction to remove organic pollutants and citric acid leaching to remove heavy metal pollutants to carry out the contaminated soil remediation.Considering the construction period,drug cost,secondary pollution,repair effect and other factors,through the pilot test of the construction site to determine the chemical oxidation repair agents needed for large-scale restoration of lime and sodium persulfate dosage ratio of 1.5%and 2.0%,respectively.The concentration of chemical leaching agent citric acid was 40 mmol/L,the ratio of water and soil solid to liquid was 1:3,and the residence time was 30 min.The contaminated soil was repaired with chloroform,ethylbenzene,naphthalene,total petroleum hydrocarbon(C10-C40),antimony and nickel.The removal rates were 99.99%,99.97%,99.49%,82.99%,93.98%,85.26%,respectively.The soil was monitored to meet the requirements of the restoration target value.
