摘　　要：喷射环流反应器,又称回路反应器,是由高压反应釜、换热器、泵和文丘里喷射器等组成的反应系统。邻氨基苯酚作为精细化工中的一种重要的合成中间体,被广泛应用于医药、染料等行业,有着良好的发展前景。本文报道了一种用喷射反应器生产邻氨基苯酚的工艺技术,在回路反应器中进行邻硝基苯酚加氢生产邻氨基苯酚的最优条件为:反应溶液中邻硝基苯酚的质量分数为2%,反应温度95℃、反应压力2.6 MPa、催化剂用量为3%。在此条件下反应物的转化率可以达到99.52%,产物邻氨基苯酚的选择性为99.67%。Jet loop reactor,also known as loop reactor,is regarded as the reaction system composed of high-pressure reactor,heat exchanger,pump,venturi injector,and etc.O-aminophenol is a kind of important synthetic intermediate in fine chemical engineering,and it is widely used in pharmaceutical,dye and other industries,having a good development prospect.This paper reports a technique for producing o-aminophenol with a jet loop reactor,and the optimal conditions for the hydrogenation of o-nitrophenol to produce o-aminophenol are as follows:The mass fraction of o-nitrophenol in the reaction solution is 2%,the reaction temperature is 95℃,the reaction pressure is 2.6 MPa,and the dosage of catalyst is 3%.Under this conditions,the conversion rate of the reactants reach 99.52%,and the selectivity of o-aminophenol is 99.67%.
