摘　　要：随着我国现代工业的发展,化工行业在国民经济中占据着重要的地位。然而,由于化工生产过程中工艺流程、设备设施、原料存储输送等方面的特殊性要求,化工生产过程中各种安全隐患层出不穷,且一旦发生安全事故后果极其严重。因此,加强化工安全设计与评价已是化工安全管理中不可或缺的关键环节。鉴于此,本文阐述了化工安全设计与评价在化工安全管理过程中的实际作用,从提高化工企业的本质安全水平和提升化工安全管理水平的角度,探讨了一些有效措施,以供借鉴。With the development of modern industry in China,the chemical industry occupies an important position in the national economy.However,due to the special requirements in the process flow,equipment and facilities,raw material storage and transportation,various safety hazards emerge in the chemical production process,and once a safety accident occurs,the consequences are extremely serious.Therefore,strengthening the design and evaluation of chemical safety has become an indispensable key link in chemical safety management.In view of this,this article elaborates on the practical role of chemical safety design and evaluation in the process of chemical safety management,from the perspective of improving the essential safety level of chemical enterprises and enhancing the level of chemical safety management,some effective measures are discussed for reference.
