摘 要:在“军事智能化”强军主题大背景下,如何发挥智能化技术在侦察情报领域信息系统中的赋能增效作用是亟需解决的问题。结合使用需求和技术成熟度分析了人工智能技术在侦察情报领域的3个典型应用场景,即情报处理与融合、情报研判与告警分析、行动计划拟制与优化;考虑侦察情报领域特点、人工智能技术的缺陷等因素,剖析了智能化实践过程中可能面临的风险与挑战;最后从可行性、实用性出发,对智能化信息系统建设提出了建议,以期为相关论证开发工作提供思路。Under the background of the strong military theme of military intelligence,how to make use of the empowerment and efficiency enhancement of intelligence technology of information system in the field of reconnaissance and intelligence is an urgent problem needed to be solved,Firstly,three typical application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in the reconnaissance and intelligence field,namely intelligence processing and fusion,intelligence assessment and alarm analysis,action plan drawing up and optimization are analyzed combining the operation requirements and technology maturity.The characteristics of reconnaissance and intelligence field and the current defects and other factors of artificial intelligence technology are considered,the risks and challenges in the process of intelligent practice are analysed.Finally,from the feasibility and practicability view,some suggestions are put forward for the construction of intelligent information system so as to provide some thoughts for the related demonstration and development work.
