数字虚拟组织视域下乡村物流共同配送模式的稳定性研究

摘　　要：共同配送是解决农村物流分散化小批量的重要方式,选择恰当的运作模式是共同配送稳定发展的关键。随着数字化发展,物流虚拟组织成为农村物流共同配送运营合作新方向。因此,本文探讨促使共同配送相关主体间达成全面合作的机制和建议,为共配主体间达成的合作提供理论依据。研究结果表明,政府是否参与监督共同配送取决于参与所得的社会收益大小,合理的奖惩约束制度、较低的成本投入和较高的收益回报有利于组织的稳定性。Joint distribution is an important way to solve the small batch distribution in rural logistics.The key to the stable development of joint distribution is to choose the proper operation mode.With the development of digitali-zation,virtual organization of logistics has become a new direction of rural logistics joint distribution operation coop-eration.Therefore,this paper discusses the mechanism and suggestions to promote the comprehensive cooperation between the relevant parties of joint distribution,and provides a theoretical basis for the cooperation between the par-ties of joint distribution,The results show that whether the government participates in the supervision of joint distri-bution depends on the social benefits of participation.Reasonable reward and punishment restraint system,lower cost input and higher income return are conducive to the stability of the organization.
