RCEP背景下云南鲜切花出口的机遇与挑战分析

摘　　要：花卉产业作为云南省重点发展产业之一,对云南经济发展、增加农民收入具有巨大推动作用。2023年6月2日,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)对15个成员国全面生效,为推动我国新一轮经济发展提供了新契机,云南花卉出口也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。云南如何抓住这一机遇,促进鲜切花技术突破、产业升级从而扩大出口成为亟待解决的问题。本文基于云南鲜切花的出口现状及RCEP成员国对鲜切花的需求量,并结合RCEP规则,分析RCEP协定下云南鲜切花出口面临的机遇和挑战,最后提出相关建议,以期促进云南鲜切花出口。As one of the key industries in Yunnan Province,thefloral industry plays a significant role in promoting the economic development of Yunnan and increasing farmers'income.On June 2,2023,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)came into full effect for its 15 member countries,providing a new opportunity to propel China's new round of economic development.Yunnan'sfloral exports have also encountered unprecedented development opportunities.How Yunnan seizes this opportunity to promote breakthroughs in fresh-cutflower technology,upgrade the industry,and expand exports is an urgent issue to be addressed.Based on the current situation of Yunnan's fresh-cutflower exports and the demand from RCEP member countries,combined with RCEP rules,this article analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Yunnan's fresh-cutflowers under the RCEP agreement.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed to facilitate the export of Yunnan's fresh-cutflowers.
