摘　　要：本文采用UNCTAD数据库中RCEP成员国在2012—2022年的50-63类贸易数据,通过贸易竞争力指数(TC)、竞争性指数(CI)及互补性指数(CI_m &C_(ij)~k)进行贸易结构总体和分领域测算,探讨RCEP区域内中国与其他成员国在纺织品贸易上的竞争性和互补性。结果表明:中国与东盟纺织品贸易总体结构相似,潜在竞争性较强;中国与日韩、澳新的纺织品贸易结构差异较大,潜在互补性较强;中国在蚕丝、化纤长纤、地毯、产用纺织面料以及纺织制成品领域贸易竞争力较强,与RCEP成员国纺织品的出口互补强于进口互补。基于此,本文建议细化RCEP区域分工,加强成员间合作,有效发挥比较优势,积极培育高端装备业,促进区域内纺织产业链、供应链和价值链的融合发展。This paper adopts the trade data of RCEP member countries from 50-63 categories in United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Statistics(UNCTADstat)in 2012-2022,using the Trade Competitiveness Index(TC),Trade Competitiveness Index(TC),Competitiveness Index(CI)and Complementarity Index(CIm&Cijk)to measure the trade structure as a whole and in sub-areas,and to explore the competitiveness and complementarity of China’s trade in textiles with other member countries in the RCEP region.The results show that:China and ASEAN are generally similar in the trade structure of textiles,with strong potential competitiveness;China’s trade structure of textiles with Japan,South Korea and Australia and New Zealand is more different,with stronger potential complementarities;China’s trade competitiveness in the areas of silk,man-made filaments,carpets,industrial textile fabrics and textile manufactures is stronger,and its export complementarities in textiles are greater than its import complementarities with the member countries of RCEP.Based on this,this paper suggests refining the RCEP regional division of labor,strengthening cooperation among members,effectively exerting comparative advantages,actively fostering the high-end equipment industry,and promoting the integrated development of the textile industry chain,supply chain,and value chain in the region.
