摘 要:以1台单缸柴油机为研究对象,采用三维数值仿真模型结合反向传播(BP)神经网络和第2代非支配排序遗传(NSGA-II)算法优化喷油参数,实现单缸柴油机排放性能的多目标优化。结果表明:相较于方案A和方案C,烟尘与NO_(x)等权重平衡方案(方案B)的排放效果最佳,其烟尘和NO_(x)排放量较原机排放量分别降低了18.9%和22.3%。Taking a single cylinder diesel engine as the research object,3D numerical simulation model combined with back propagation(BP)neural network and the second generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)was used to optimize the injection parameters,so as to achieve the multi-objective optimization of the emission performance of the single cylinder diesel engine.Results show that compared with scheme A and scheme C,scheme B with equal weight balance of smoke and NO_(x) emissions shows the best emission effect,with smoke and NO_(x) emissions reduced by 18.9%and 22.3%respectively compared to the original machine emissions.
