摘 要:针对柴油机气门间隙调整、保养困难及成本较高的问题,以某4缸柴油机非道路国四排放升级项目为例,对该柴油机的配气机构进行模拟计算和设计改进,将机械摇臂更改为液压摇臂,并采用性能测试和耐久试验进行验证。结果表明:设计改进后,该柴油机的气门间隙可以免保养维护,不但满足客户要求,而且降低了生产和保养成本,提高了整机的可靠性和稳定性。Aiming at the problems of difficult adjustment and maintenance of diesel engine valve clearance and high cost,taking a four-cylinder diesel engine non-road China IV emission upgrade project as an example,simulation and design improvement of the diesel engine's gas distribution mechanism were carried out.The mechanical rocker arm was changed to a hydraulic rocker arm,and the performance test and durability test were used to verify.The results show that after the design improvement,the valve lash of this diesel engine can be maintenance-free,which not only meets the requirements of customers,but also reduces the production and maintenance costs and improves the reliability and stability of the whole engine.
