摘  要:为了降低3Z1.1型柴油机的排气噪声,在分析该款柴油机排气噪声频谱特性的前提下,设计了一款新型阻抗复合型消声器,并在该消声器上加入小孔喷注降噪结构。结果表明:该型消声器在宽频范围内具有良好的降噪效果,整机噪声下降29.8 dB,满足预期要求。In order to reduce the exhaust noise of 3Z1.1 diesel engine,a new impedance compound muffler was designed based on a thorough analysis of the exhaust noise spectrum characteristics of the die-sel engine,and a small hole injection noise reduction structure was added on this basis.Results show that this type of muffler has a good noise reduction effect in a wide frequency range,with a decrease of 29.8 dB in overall noise,which meets the expected requirements.
