摘 要:近年来,随着我国“一带一路”政策和非洲区域经济发展,中资企业在非洲公路建设项目日益增多,在保证工程质量的前提下,降低成本,获得外方业主、监理的认可是海外建设者努力的目标。该项研究以西非几内亚CMD项目中PK0~PK83基层级配碎石施工为背景,采用砂岩机制细集料代替部分石粉,通过技术数据论证,确定最佳掺配比例,并取得国际监理批准使用。砂岩机制细集料有着含泥量低,板结效果较好的特性,适量掺入一定程度能改善了基层级配碎石技术性能,在降低施工成本的同时,提高了路面基层质量,从而延长了公路本身的使用寿命。In recent years,with the implementation of China's"Belt and Road"initiative and the economic development in Africa,Chinese enterprises have increasingly participated in African road construction projects.Ensuring project quality while reducing costs and gaining the approval of foreign owners and supervisors is the goal of overseas builders,This study focuses on the construction of the PKO to PK83 section of the graded crushed stone base in the CMD project in Guinea,West Africa.By using machine-made fine sandstone aggregate to replace part of the stone dust,the optimal blending ratio was determined through technical data verification and received approval from international supervisors.Machine-made fine sandstone aggregate has low mud content and good cohesion properties:Its appropriate incorporation can improve the technical performance of the graded crushed stone base,reduce construction costs,enhance the quality of the road base,and consequently extend the service life of the road.
