摘 要:多向梁与柱交接位置因受力复杂,各类型结构梁骨架相互交错,钢筋汇集,通常采用设置大直径钢筋混凝土环梁,解决大跨度多向梁结构节点搭接空间不够问题。环梁节点因钢筋、钢板等结构碰撞问题,拼接难度大。该文运用BIM数字技术,建立环梁与多向梁、柱之间拼接模型,制定节点拼接流程,计算各构件、钢筋加工尺寸,模拟现场拼装情况,确定各类钢筋安装顺序,一次性解决节点拼接碰撞等难题,保证施工质量、提高工效。实践证明,该技术实用先进,可以在类似工程中推广。The junction between multi-way beams and columns involves complex stress distributions,with various structural beam skeletons interlacing and reinforcing bars piling up.Typically,largediameter reinforced concrete ring beams are employed at these junctions to remove spatial constraints in assembling nodes of largespan multi-way beam structures.However,assembling nodes on ring beams is challenging due to structural collisions involving steel bars and plates.This paper utilizes Building Information Modeling(BIM)digital technology to establish models for junctions between ring beams and multi-way beams/columns.It formulates node assembly processes,calculates dimensions for components and steel reinforcement fabrication,simulates on-site assembly conditions,and determines the sequence for installing steel bars of various types.This approach addresses colision issues during node assembly in one go,ensuring construction quality and efficiency.Practical applications have demonstrated the advanced utility of this technology,suggesting its potential for broader adoption in similar engineering projects.
