高校医学生廉洁素养评价与培养路径研究

摘　　要：目的医学生是祖国医疗卫生事业的接班人,正确引导医学生树立廉洁从业的意识,养成廉洁从医的习惯,具有十分重要的意义。方法本文用文献研究法、问卷调查法对1046名医学生的廉洁素养进行调查研究,了解医学生廉洁认知情况、廉洁价值观念、廉洁行为倾向与影响因素。结果医学生对国家政策、行业规则的掌握还存在一定的局限性,需进一步进行针对性培养。在廉洁价值观念方面,医学生对一些不廉洁的行为持否定态度并能够做到自律和一定程度的监督他律。廉洁行为倾向与影响因素方面,绝大多数医学生认可廉洁教育的必要性并愿意积极主动参与医院组织的廉洁教育活动,但培训方式方面不能够做到与时俱进、创新教育方式。结论根据研究结果,提出创新教育模式、明确教育目标、拓展教育方式三种培养路径。Objective Medical college students represent the future of our country's healthcare system.Guid-ing them to cultivate a sense of integrity and ethical conduct is of paramount importance.Methods This study uti-lized literature review and questionnaire surveys to assess the integrity awareness,values,behaviors,and influenc-ing factors among 1046 medical college students.Results The findings revealed that while medical students have a basic understanding of national policies and industry regulations,there are still areas for improvement,necessitating targeted training.Regarding integrity values,students generally hold a negative attitude towards unethical behaviors and demonstrate self-discipline and a degree of peer supervision.However,there is a need for innovative training methods to keep pace with evolving educational approaches.Conclusion Based on the research outcomes,three cul-tivation paths are proposed:innovative educational models,clear educational objectives,and diversified educational methods.
