摘  要:结合岷江龙溪口航电枢纽船闸人字门的加工实例,从人字门门叶加工工艺的优化设计、加工设备的研制与应用、加长镗杆及刀盘的研制与应用等方面介绍了千吨级船闸人字门的加工技术,解决了传统加工工艺在加工设备、找正装夹、加工精度控制等方面存在的多项施工难题,为千吨级船闸人字门及其他大型结构的加工提供了一种新的思路和方法,具有较好的参考价值与借鉴意义。该技术已获得一项实用新型专利授权。Combined with the processing example of the miter gate of the Longxikou Navigation and Hydropower Project in Min River,this paper introduces the processing technology of the optimization design of miter gate of thousand-ton shiplock from the aspects of optimization design of processing technology,development and application of processing equipment,development and application of lengthening boring bar and cutterheads,etc.,solving many construction problems of traditional processing technology in the aspects of processing equipment,fixing and clamping,processing precision control,etc.It provides a new idea and method for the machining of miter gate and other large-scale structures of ship lock of thousand-ton class,and has a better reference value and significance.The technology has granted a patent for utility models.
