摘　　要：结合江西万安水利枢纽二线船闸人字门端柱结构的制造,从创建三维模型与模块划分、专用组拼工装设计及应用、模块焊接、变形控制及矫正、参与人字门的拼装方法等方面介绍了人字门端柱结构模块化制造技术与方法,解决了人字门端柱结构的角度及尺寸控制、焊接等方面存在的多项施工难题,为人字门及其他类似复杂结构的制造提供了一种新的思路和方法,具有较好的参考价值和借鉴意义。该技术已获一项发明专利授权,取得一项省部级施工工法。Combined with the manufacture of miter gate end-pillar structure of second line shiplock of Wan'an junction,Jiangxi province,this paper introduces the modular manufacturing technology and method of miter gate end-pillar structure from the aspects of creating three-dimensional model and module division,design and application of special group assembling equipment,module welding,participating in the assembling method of miter gate,etc.,this paper solves many construction problems in angle and dimension control and welding of miter gate end-pillar structure,and improves a new idea and method for manufacture of miter gate and other similar complex structures,which has value and significance for reference.This technology has been granted 1 invention patent and 1 provincial-level construction method.
