摘 要:根据隧道施工机械化发展趋势,本研究着重探讨“钻爆法+拱墙预制装配式衬砌结构”实施条件、经济效益及应用前景,系统阐述该技术中的拱墙装配式衬砌结构设计思路和配套施工设备研究成果,同时提出两种不同拼装方案,将传统爆破施工和拱墙装配式衬砌技术进行有机结合。该技术在施工效率、施工质量和资源节约方面具有明显优势,适用于各种地质条件和建设条件,同时提出工程应用中需要考虑的实际问题,并对未来深入研究方向提出相关建议。In line with the development trends of mechanized tunnel construction,this study focuses on investigating the implementation conditions,economic benefits,and application prospects of the“drilling and blasting method+arch wall prefabricated assembly lining structure”.It systematically elaborates on the design concept of the arch wall prefabricated lining structure in this technique,as well as the results of research on supporting construction equipment.Additionally,it proposes two different assembly schemes that organically integrate traditional blasting construction with arch wall prefabricated lining technology.This technology holds clear advantages in terms of construction efficiency,quality,and resource conservation,and is applicable across various geological conditions and construction settings.It also addresses practical issues that need to be considered during engineering applications,and suggests directions for future in-depth research.
