摘 要:西安站改扩建工程基坑邻近既有地铁4号线运营区间隧道,基坑施工对地铁运营安全影响大且控制难度高。通过建立“基坑-土体-结构”有限元模型,模拟基坑开挖全过程,得到不同施工组织模式下基坑施工引起的支护结构、区间隧道受力及变形演化规律。结果表明,通过合理的施工组织与数值模拟、可靠的风险对策及监测措施,可有效控制基坑及地铁区间隧道变形在允许范围内,保证车站结构建造安全,为今后类似工程提供设计、施工经验。The foundation pit of the Xi′an Station renovation and expansion project is adjacent to the existing Xi′an Metro Line 4 operating subway section tunnel.The construction of the foundation pit has a significant impact on the safety of subway operation and is difficult to control.By establishing a finite element overall model of“foundation pit-soil-structure”,the entire process of foundation pit excavation was numerically simulated,and the stress and deformation evolution laws of the support structure and interval tunnel caused by foundation pit construction under different construction organization modes were obtained.The calculation results indicate that through reasonable construction organization,accurate numerical simulation,reliable risk countermeasures and monitoring measures,the deformation of the foundation pit and subway section tunnel can be effectively controlled within the allowable range,thereby ensuring the safety of the station structure construction.This can provide design and construction experience for similar projects in the future.
