摘 要:岔枕是高铁轨道结构重要组成部分,为保障铁路扣件系统在线路岔区中的受力状态其对套管预埋位置精度要求非常高。针对长线台座法生产岔枕产品因Ⅲ型套管定位效果不佳产生废品率较高的问题,通过大量试验和实践研究,提出采用螺旋定位底座固定解决套管垂直定位偏移问题与改进钉孔测距仪自动化检测以提高精度解决套管水平定位偏移问题。这些措施在保障Ⅲ型套管的定位精度提高岔枕产品质量的同时,又满足长线台座法生产周转要求。Turnout sleeper is an important part of high-speed railway track structure.In order to ensure the stress state of railway fastener system in the turnout area,the accuracy of casing embedded position is very high.In order to solve the problem of high reject rate caused by poor positioning of type Ⅲ sleeve in the production of turnout sleepers by long line pedestal method,this paper puts forward some optimization measures after extensive experiments and practical research,such as fixing the screw positioning base to solve the problem of vertical positioning offset and improving the automatic detection of the nail hole rangefinder to increase the accuracy to solve the problem of horizontal positioning offset.These measures not only guarantee the positioning accuracy of type Ⅲ sleeve,improve the quality of turnout sleepers,but also meet the requirements of long line pedestal method production turnover.
