摘　　要：上海工部局乐队是一个融合了传统与现代元素的音乐机构,以独特的地位和功能成为中国音乐发展中的一个关键节点。作为中国近代音乐史上的重要组成部分,对中国传统与现代音乐的发展产生了深远的影响。其乐队借鉴中国传统音乐创作的“中国风格”交响音乐作品,是一次中西音乐融合的新尝试,同时也为中国新音乐的发展提供了宝贵的经验和积累,更为中国传统音乐向现代音乐转型提供了新的视角和创新思路。工部局乐队时期对中国音乐教育的栽培与扶持起到了关键性的作用,通过西方音乐文化的理念与舞台实践相结合,为中国培养出一批具有传统与现代相结合的音乐素养的音乐人才,也为推动日后中国音乐的创新与发展提供了借鉴与启示。The Shanghai Municipal Council Band is a music institution that integrates traditional and modern elements,and has become a key node in the development of Chinese music with its unique position and function.As an important component of modern Chinese music history,it has had a profound impact on the development of traditional and modern Chinese music.The"Chinese style"symphonic music works created by the band,which draw inspiration from traditional Chinese music,are a new attempt to integrate Chinese and Western music.Besides,they provide valuable experience and musical accumulation for the development of new Chinese music,and also provide new perspectives and innovative ideas for the transformation of traditional Chinese music to modern music.This era played a crucial role in the support and cultivation of music education in China.By combining the concepts of Western music culture with stage practice,a group of music talents with a combination of traditional and modern music literacy have been cultivated in China,which provides reference and inspiration for promoting the innovation and development of Chinese music subsequently.
