摘　　要：医疗机构药学部门在突发事件应急工作中承担着重要职责。《应急药事管理标准》以科学性、通用性、指导性和可操作性为编写原则,通过问题梳理、意见征集及专家论证而形成。该标准从应急机制、应急保障、应急服务3个方面对9个关键要素49条标准进行了规范。该文主要介绍《应急药事管理标准》的制订方法和过程,并对内容进行解析,以期为提高医疗机构药学部门应对突发事件的应急能力提供指导。The pharmacy department of medical institutions assumes important responsibilities in the emergency response work.The standard of pharmacy administration in emergencies is formulated based on the principles of scientificity,versatility,instructiveness,and operability,through sorting out problems,collecting opinions and expert argumentation.This standard has 49 standards of 9 key elements from three aspects:emergency mechanism,emergency support,and emergency services.This article aims to introduce the construction method and formulation process of the pharmacy administration in emergency standards,and analyzes the content,to guide for improving emergency response ability of the medical institutions'pharmacy department in emergency events.
