基于体质与证候辨析的痰湿体质主药主方筛选

摘　　要：鉴于痰湿体质和痰湿证有共性表现,且冠名相似,临床上常出现对两者界定不清的情况,导致遣方用药混淆。但是两者又存在本质上的差异,因此,本文从辨识要素、调治目的、用药特点等方面对痰湿体质和痰湿证的区别进行分析,并对痰湿体质调体主药陈皮、山楂、白术、苍术、茯苓、薏苡仁以及痰湿体质调体主方参苓白术散进行深入探究,以期为痰湿体质辨体调体思路及其相关疾病的预防提供更多的参考意见,提高痰湿体质选方用药的准确性与有效性。Given that phlegm-dampness constitution and phlegm-dampness pattern have common manifestations and similar names,there are often unclear definitions of the two,which leads to difficulty in deciding on the right medicinal prescriptions for some practitioners in clinical practice.In fact,there are essential differences between the two.This paper tried to distinguish phlegm-dampness constitution and phlegm-dampness pattern diagnosis from three aspects:essentials for identification,therapeutic purpose and medication feature selection.Characteristics of medicinal combination on phlegm-dampness constitution were analyzed from the properties of core medicinals including Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Crataegi fructus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes lancea,Poria cocos,Coicis semen and the main formula Shenling Baizhu powder.We hope to provide clear clinical guidance for the conditioning of phlegm-dampness constitution and prevention of related diseases,and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of medical selection for phlegm-dampness constitution.
