益气养心汤联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养心汤联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年11月至2023年9月该院收治的65例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33)。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气养心汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前和治疗1个月心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的68.75%(22/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVESD、LVEDD水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组LVEF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养心汤联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,可提高临床疗效,改善心功能,减轻机体炎症反应,效果优于单纯贝那普利治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with Benazepril in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to this hospital from November 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=33).Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Benazepril,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]levels,the inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than 68.75%(22/32)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of LVEF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with Benazepril in the treatment of the patients with chronic heart
