摘 要:聚乳酸(PLA)基生物可降解材料由于其良好的力学性能、环境友好性及易回收性,受到了科学界和工业界的广泛关注。但是聚乳酸本身脆性较大,在实际使用过程中需要对其进行适当改性,从而达到改善性能并降低成本的目的。无机填料具有来源广泛、可降解性及耐热性等优点,被广泛用于PLA基生物可降解材料的增强增韧改性。从无机填料的种类和特点出发,综述了滑石粉(Talc)、碳酸钙(CaCO3)、蒙脱土(MMT)、二氧化硅(SiO2)等市场上常用的无机填料增强增韧PLA基生物可降解材料的研究进展,总结了各种无机填料的改性方法和作用机理。同时分析了无机填料在聚乳酸基生物可降解材料增强增韧研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。Polylactic Acid(PLA)-based biodegradable materials have attracted extensive attention of the scientists and industry due to their excellent mechanical properties,environmental friendliness and easy recycling.However,PLA which has inherent brittleness needs to be modified in the practical application to improve its performance and reduce its cost.Inorganic fillers which have the advantage of wide sources,degradability and heat resistance can be widely utilized in the modification of PLA-based biodegradable materials.Based on the types and characteristics of inorganic fillers,the research progress of commonly used inorganic fillers such as talcum powder(Talc),calcium carbonate(CaCO 3),montmorillonite(MMT),silicon dioxide(SiO 2)and other inorganic fillers was summarized in this paper,and the modification methods and mechanism were also summarized.Meanwhile,the existing problems of inorganic fillers modification were analyzed,and the future research directions were also prospected in this paper.
