摘　　要：目的:建立测定银丹心泰滴丸中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,色谱柱:Eclipse Plus C18(5μm, 250 mm×?4.6 mm),Agilent;流动相:0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(体积比85∶15);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:278 nm;进样量:10μL。结果:原儿茶醛质量浓度在8.2995~41.4973μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.1%(RSD:1.5%,n=6)。结论:该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于银丹心泰滴丸的质量控制。(Objective)To establish a method for determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Yindan xintai dropping pills.(Methods)HPLC-DAD method was used.The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C 18(5μm,250 mm×∅4.6 mm).The mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution-methanol(85∶15,V/V).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was 30℃;the detection wavelength was 278 nm;and the injection volume was 10μL.(Results)The mass concentration of protocatechuic aldehyde showed a good linear relationship between the mass concentration(8.2995~41.4973μg/mL)and peak area(r=0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 101.1%(RSD:1.5%,n=6).(Conclusion)This quantitative method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of Yindan xintai dropping pills.
