摘 要:建立了顶空-气相色谱法同时测定食品接触材料中1,3-二氧戊环和三聚甲醛迁移量的方法。方法采用顶空进样的方式,10%乙醇溶液为模拟物,Agilent DB-624色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,外标法定量,并对顶空及气相色谱运行条件进行优化。结果表明,1,3-二氧戊环和三聚甲醛分别在0.05~5 mg/L和0.5~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,在三种加标水平下,样品的加标回收率在97.1%~104.4%之间,相对标准偏差S_((RSD))在2.1%~9.6%之间。该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可实现食品接触材料中1,3-二氧戊环及三聚甲醛迁移量的同时测定。A method has been developed to simultaneously determine the migration levels of 1,3-dioxolane and trioxane in food contact materials using headspace-gas chromatography.The method involves headspace injection with a 10%ethanol solution as the simulant,separation on an Agilent DB-624 column,detection using an FID detector,and quantification using an external standard method.The headspace and gas chromatography operating conditions were optimized.The results showed that 1,3-dioxolane and trioxane exhibit good linear relationships within the concentration ranges of 0.05~5 mg/L and 0.5~10 mg/L,respectively,with correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.999.At three different spiked levels,the recovery rates of the samples ranged from 97.1%to 104.4%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)between 2.1%and 9.6%.The method is simple to operate and provides accurate and reliable results,enabling the simultaneous determination of the migration levels of 1,3-dioxolane and trioxane in food contact materials.
