火星直升机旋翼翼型气动特性研究

摘  要:受火星稀薄大气影响,火星直升机旋翼工作在低雷诺数、高马赫数的特殊气动环境下,旋翼翼型的气动特性与地球常规翼型具有较大差别。采用CFD方法开展火星直升机旋翼翼型数值计算研究,分析翼型相对厚度、弯度及最大弯度位置等几何参数对翼型气动性能与流动特性的影响,为火星直升机旋翼翼型的研究提供参考。同时,通过对几种典型的低雷诺数翼型的气动性能进行计算分析,发现CLF5605翼型的综合性能更为优异,更符合火星直升机对旋翼翼型的要求。Due to the influence of the thin Martian atmosphere,the Mars helicopter rotor works in the special aerodynamic environment of low Reynolds number and high Mach number,the aerodynamic characteristics of the rotor airfoil are quite different from those of the earth conventional airfoil.In this paper,CFD method was used to carry out numerical calculation research on low Reynolds number airfoil and analyze the influence of geometric parameters such as relative thickness,camber and maximum camber position on aerodynamic performance and flow characteristics of airfoil,so as to provide suggestions for the research of Mars helicopter rotor airfoil.At the same time,the aerodynamic performance of several typical low Reynolds number airfoils was calculated.It was found that CLF5605 airfoils had better comprehensive performance and better met the aerodynamic requirements of Mars helicopter rotor airfoils.
