摘 要:电梯的安全运行离不开两条核心保障线,即控制电源回路和安全控制回路。其中,控制电源回路提供稳定可靠的电力供应,是电梯所有电气系统和电子设备正常工作的基础。而安全控制回路作为电梯运行过程中的重要安全保障,负责监控电梯运行的各种状态,确保电梯在安全范围内运行。文章旨在深入剖析电梯控制电源回路与安全控制回路中常见的电气故障类型,并探究这些故障的起因、诊断手段以及排除方法。通过详细分析电梯控制回路和安全回路的故障案例,总结出一套行之有效的回路故障诊断与排除方法,为电梯技术人员提供一定的维修参考。The safe operation of the elevator is inseparable from two core guarantee lines,namely,the control power circuit and the safety control circuit.The control power circuit provides a stable and reliable power supply,serving as the foundation for the normal operation of all electrical and electronic systems in the elevator.On the other hand,the safety control circuit,as an important safety guarantee during elevator operation,is responsible for monitoring the various states of the elevator operation to ensure that the elevator operates within a safe range.This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of common electrical faults in the elevator control power circuit and safety control circuit,exploring the causes,diagnostic methods,and troubleshooting techniques for these faults.Through detailed analysis of fault cases in elevator control circuits and safety circuits,the article summarizes an effective set of basic methods for diagnosing and troubleshooting circuit faults,providing elevator technicians with valuable maintenance reference.
