摘 要:目前,智能化设备已广泛应用于工业自动化、智能交通、智能家居等领域,成为提高生产效率、简化工作流程的有效举措。智能化设备在运行期间,高度依赖于机电信号的稳定、高效传输与处理,因此探究智能化设备中的机电信号传输处理方法具有重要意义。基于此,文章介绍传感器技术在信号采集中的应用,详细分析有线和无线传输的特点与选择依据。面向信号处理技术,讨论信号编码、调制、增强以及优化等手段,旨在为智能化设备的机电信号传输处理提供理论和实践指导。At present,intelligent devices have been widely used in various fields such as industrial automation,intelligent transportation,and smart home,becoming an effective measure to improve production efficiency and simplify workflow.During the operation of intelligent devices,they highly rely on the stable and efficient transmission and processing of electromechanical signals,indicating that exploring the methods of electromechanical signal transmission and processing in intelligent devices is of great significance.Based on this,this article introduces the application of sensor technology in signal acquisition,and analyzes in detail the characteristics and selection criteria of wired and wireless transmission.In terms of signal processing technology,this paper discusses methods such as signal encoding,modulation,enhancement,and optimization,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the electromechanical signal transmission and processing of intelligent devices.
