摘  要:文章针对输电线路覆冰监测的技术需求,提出一种基于分布式光纤传感的创新解决方案。通过布拉格光栅和布里渊散射光纤的互补配置,实现了覆冰过程的高精度、大范围分布式监测。同时,采用自适应权重支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)和长短期记忆网络(Long Short Term Memory,LSTM)模型,构建覆冰事件的智能识别和预测功能。仿真结果表明,该系统在测量精度、响应速度、空间分辨率等方面具有显著优势,为输电线路的安全运维提供了有力支撑。This paper addresses the technical requirements for monitoring ice accretion on transmission lines and proposes an innovative solution based on distributed fiber optic sensing.Through the complementary configuration of Bragg gratings and Brillouin scattering fibers,high-precision,wide-range distributed monitoring of the ice accretion process is achieved.Meanwhile,by employing an adaptive weighted Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Long Short Term Memory(LSTM)model,intelligent recognition and prediction of icing events are constructed.Simulation results demonstrate that the system has significant advantages in terms of measurement accuracy,response speed,and spatial resolution,providing strong support for the safe operation and maintenance of transmission lines.
