摘  要:激光器用预电离Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷管具有较长和较细的尺寸特点,生产过程中易出现内部缺陷和加工精度不足等问题,目前严重依赖于进口。本文围绕Al_(2)O_(3)介电管生产的结构设计和介电性能两方面,介绍和归纳总结了陶瓷介电管的典型结构、制备难点以及影响Al_(2)O_(3)材质介电性能的主要因素,以期为Al_(2)O_(3)预电离陶瓷管的国产化提供参考和借鉴。The A_(2)O_(3) preionization ceramic tube for laser device has the characteristics of long and thin size,and is prone to internal defects and insufficient machining accuracy in the production process,so it is heavily dependent on imports at present.Focusing on the structure design and dielectric properties of the production of Al_(2)O_(3) dielectric tube,this paper introduces and summarizes the typical structure of ceramic dielectric tube,the difficulties of preparation and the main factors affecting the dielectric properties of AlOg material,in order to provide reference for the localization of Al_(2)O_(3) pre-ionized ceramic tube.
