关于统一冷藏销售设备的分类和称谓的思考

摘　　要：在冷链产品、市场、词典、标准和相关文献中广泛存在冷藏销售设备的分类和称谓不统一,以及制冷、冷却、冷藏、冷冻、冻结、冷柜(refrigerating,cooling,chilling,freezing,refrigeratedcabinet)等术语中英文翻译繁乱等问题。文章分析了制冷词典、术语标准、产品标准和能效标准中冷藏销售设备的分类、术语、定义和中英文翻译,并指出其中存在的问题,提出了统一冷藏销售设备的分类和称谓的建议。For products,markets,dictionaries,standards and relative documentation in the cold chain sector,there are widespread problems that the classification and nare of the refrigerated sales equipment are not unified as well as English Chinese translation of refrigerating,cooling,chilling,freezing,refrigerated cabinet and other terms.This paper analyses the classification,terms,definitions,and English-Chinese translations of the re-frigerated sales equipment in refrigeration dictionaries,terminology standards,product standards and energy efficiency standards,points out the problems and proposes to unify the classification and name of the refrigerated sales equipment.
