锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折的临床价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月廊坊市永清县人民医院骨科收治的四肢骨折患者64例作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(给予单纯钢板螺钉内固定术)、观察组(给予锁定加压钢板手术)。比较两组生活质量评分、治疗优良率、治愈时间及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,两组躯体、心理、社会功能评分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组治愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折在改善患者生活质量、提高治疗效果和加快康复进程方面具有显著优势,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of locking compression plate Surgery in the treatment of limb fracture.Methods:Sixty-four patients with limb fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Langfang Yongqing County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(given internal fixation with simple plate screw)and observation group(given locking compression plate surgery)by random number table method.The quality of life score,the rate of good and good treatment,the time of cure and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of physical,psychological and social function in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The cure time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate surgery for limb fracture has significant advantages in improving the quality of life of patients,improving the therapeutic effect and speeding up the rehabilitation process,and has high safety.
