关节镜下关节腔清理术治疗痛风性膝关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析关节镜下关节腔清理术治疗痛风性膝关节炎(GKA)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月南通市第六人民医院收治的GKA患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组应用关节镜下关节腔清理术治疗。比较两组近远期治疗效果、膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组近期治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组远期治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);治疗后2个月,两组疼痛、步行、日常功能障碍评分及西大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数总分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GKA患者应用关节镜下关节腔清理术治疗可显著提高近远期疗效,促使患者膝关节功能恢复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic joint cavity debridement in the treatment of gouty knee arthritis(GKA).Methods:A total of eighty GKA patients admitted to Nantong Sixth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopic joint cavity debridement.The short and long term therapeutic effect and knee function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);two months after treatment,the scores of pain,walking,daily dysfunction and the total score of Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index were lower in the two groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic joint cavity debridement in GKA patients can significantly improve the short-term and long-term curative effect and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
