摘 要:目的:研究三维CT成像在椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月贵港市中西医结合骨科医院收治的椎体压缩性骨折患者65例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32,经皮椎体成形术)和试验组(n=33,在对照组基础上使用三维CT成像)。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分与不良事件发生率。结果:术后第1天、第1周、第4周,两组VAS评分均低于术前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1天、第1周、第4周,两组ODI评分均低于术前,试验组术后第1、4周ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:三维CT成像在椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术中的应用效果较好,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,改善腰椎功能障碍情况,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the application effect of three-dimensional CT imaging in percutaneous vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fracture.Methods:Sixty-five patients with vertebral compression fractures admitted to Guigang Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=32,percutaneous vertebroplasty)and the experimental group(n=33,using threedimensional CT imaging on the basis of the control group)by the method of randomized numerical table.Visual analog scale(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores and adverse event rates were compared between the two groups.Results:On postoperative day 1,week 1 and week 4,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than the preoperative ones,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on postoperative day 1,week 1 and week 4,the ODI scores of both groups were lower than the preoperative ones,and the ODI scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group on postoperative weeks 1 and 4,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application of three-dimensional CT imaging in percutaneous vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fracture is effective in reducing postoperative pain and improving lumbar spine dysfunction,and it is safe.
