培土生金法联合西药治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析培土生金法联合西药应用于常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)患者中的效果。方法:选取2023年4—10月平远县中医医院收治的PAR患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予培土生金法治疗。比较两组临床有效率、鼻结膜炎生命质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分、鼻症状总积分(TNSS)、免疫指标。结果:观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);治疗后,两组RQLQ、TNSS评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD8+^(+)低于治疗前,CD4+^(+)、CD3+^(+)高于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上采用培土生金法治疗PAR,可以改善患者的免疫功能,提高其治疗有效率、生活质量,减轻鼻症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of soil cultivation and gold production combined with western medicine in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods:A total of eighty PAR patients admitted to Meizhou Pingyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with soil cultivation and gold production based on the control group.The clinical effective rate,nasal conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score,total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and immune index of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);after treatment,RQLQ and TNSS scores in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,CD8+^(+)in both groups was lower than before treatment,CD4+^(+)and CD3+^(+)were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,the method of soil cultivation and gold production can be used to treat PAR,which can improve the patient's immune function,improve their treatment effectiveness,quality of life,and alleviate nasal symptoms.
