摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年5月滕州市荆河社区卫生服务中心收治的脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者66例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各33例。参照组采用普通针刺法治疗,研究组采用温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、中医症状积分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);治疗后,两组黏液脓血便、腹胀痛、充血水肿、里急后重、溃疡、糜烂评分均低于治疗前,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的效果显著,可降低患者中医症状积分,促进患者临床症状改善。Objective:To observe the effect of warm acupuncture on spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of sixtysix patients with spleen ulcerative colitis treated in Tengzhou Jinghe Community Health Service Center from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method,with thirty-three cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the study group was treated with warm acupuncture.The total effective rate and TCM symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004);after treatment,the scores of mucous abscess and blood stools,abdominal distension pain,hyperemia and edema,tenesmus,ulcer and erosion in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture in the treatment of spleen asthenic ulcerative colitis has a remarkable effect,can reduce patients'TCM symptom score,and promote the improvement of patients'clinical symptoms.
