针刺联合放血拔罐治疗腰痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合放血拔罐治疗腰痛的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年12月河源市和平县人民医院收治的腰痛患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合针刺与放血拔罐治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、疼痛程度、功能障碍情况及生活质量。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);治疗后1、3、6 d,两组数字评定量表评分均低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于治疗前,生活质量综合评定问卷-74评分高于治疗前,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合放血拔罐治疗腰痛可明显缓解患者疼痛程度,并改善腰部活动能力,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting and cupping therapy on lumbago.Methods:A total of sixty patients with low back pain admitted to Heyuan Heping County People's Hospital from April 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and cupping based on the control group.The total effective rate,pain degree,dysfunction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);at 1,3 and 6 days after treatment,the scores of the digital rating scale in both groups were lower than before treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the score of Oswestry disability index in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the score of life quality comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74 was higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with bloodletting and cupping therapy can obviously relieve the pain degree of patients,and improve the waist mobility,and improve the quality of life.
