摘　　要：目的:研究穴位贴敷联合常规西药治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月江门市第二人民医院收治的小儿秋季腹泻患儿88例为研究对象,根据单双数法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、肠道菌群情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。观察组发热、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和肠杆菌数量的比值(B/E)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3 d后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、B/E水平均高于对照组,肠杆菌水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合常规西药治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果较好,可促进患儿临床症状消失,改善肠道菌群情况。Objective:To study the effect of acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine on autumn diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of eighty-eight children with autumn diarrhea treated in Jiangmen Second People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to odd-even number method,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The disappearance time of fever,abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the ratio(B/E)of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterobacterium,bifidobacterium and enterobacterium between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 days of treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and B/E in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of enterobacterium were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of children with autumn diarrhea,which can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and improve intestinal flora.
