补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗中风后遗症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察对中风后遗症患者施以补阳还五汤、针刺联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年2月永州市第三人民医院收治的中风后遗症患者78例作为研究对象,以抽签方法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);治疗后,两组肢体运动功能评定量表、Barthel指数评定量表评分均高于治疗前,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组语言謇涩、神志昏蒙、口眼歪斜、偏身感觉异常、偏瘫积分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组物质状态功能、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗中风后遗症的效果良好,可有效改善神经功能和运动功能,降低中医证候积分,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of the combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture administered to patients with post-stroke sequelae.Methods:Selected seventy-eight patients with post-stroke sequelae admitted to Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-nine cases,by lottery method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);after the treatment,the scores of limb motor function scale and Barthel index were higher than those before the treatment,and the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the points of speech,dizziness,slanting of the mouth and eyes,abnormal hemiplegia and hemiparesis were all reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of material state function,psychological function,somatic function,and social function were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae is good,which can effectively improve the neurological function and motor function,reduce the Chinese medicine evidence score and improve the quality of life.
