摘　　要：目的:分析放射专业护理在高压注射器CT血管造影检查中的临床干预效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月于云南中医药大学第二附属医院开展CT血管造影检查的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组开展常规护理干预,试验组开展放射专业护理。比较两组不良反应、应激指标、焦虑情绪。结果:试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);干预后,两组去甲肾上腺素、血浆皮质醇、肾上腺素水平优于干预前,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑自评量表评分低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射专业护理应用于高压注射器CT血管造影检查过程中的效果确切,可降低患者不良反应发生率,改善患者焦虑情绪,优化应激指标。Objective:To analyze the clinical intervention effect of professional radiation nursing in high pressure syringe CT angiography.Methods:A total of eighty patients undergoing CT angiography in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with forty cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group carried out professional radiation nursing.The adverse reactions,stress indexes and anxiety were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);after intervention,the levels of norepinephrine,plasma cortisol and epinephrine in the two groups were better than before intervention,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale score of the two groups was lower than before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of professional radiation nursing in CT angiography with high pressure syringe has a definite effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the anxiety of patients and optimize the stress index.
