公路热熔标线养护技术探析

摘　　要：道路交通标线主要有常温冷漆型、彩色防滑型、预制型、震荡防滑型和热熔型。热熔型标线因其造价低、耐磨、工期短等优点,广泛应用于我国公路。文章从热熔标线的质量检测、养护方案选择、旧标线涂料清除、标线涂料的选取原则以及新标线施划工艺等方面对热熔标线养护技术进行了详细介绍,并阐述了热熔标线养护决策的基本依据和相关检测指标要求,以期为公路热熔标线养护工作提供解决思路。Road traffic markings mainly include markings of room temperature cold paint type,colorful anti-skid type,prefabricated type,oscillation anti-skid type and hot melt type.Because of its advantages of low cost,wear resistance and short construction period and so on,hot-melt marking is widely used in China's highway marking.The hot-melt marking maintenance technology is introduced in detail from the aspects of quality inspection,maintenance scheme selection,removal of old marking coating,selection principle of marking coating and new marking process and so on,and the basic basis of hot melt marking maintenance decision and related detection index requirements are elaborated,so as to provide the solutions for the hot melt marking maintenance of highway.
