摘  要:文章依托无岳高速桐城至岳西段波纹钢结构涵洞工程,应用有限元软件建立数值计算模型,分析填土完成后不同断面尺寸波纹钢结构的受力和变形特征。结果表明:波纹钢拱涵的应力值和位移值随着断面尺寸的增大而增大。随着断面尺寸增大,结构上部所受应力及位移变大,且最大应力及位移常出现在结构顶部。在一定范围内,通过改变断面尺寸,会影响波纹钢结构的受力和位移峰值,但受力及位移的变化趋势并不改变。研究可为波纹钢结构选型提供一定的指导和参考。Based on the culvert project with the corrugated steel structure of Tongcheng to Yuexi section of Wuyue expressway,the finite element software is applied to establish the numerical calculation model and analyze the stress and deformation characteristics of corrugated steel structure with different cross-sectional sizes after filling.The results show that:the stress and displacement values of the corrugated steel arch culvert increase with the increase of cross-sectional size.As the cross-sectional size increases,the stress and displacement on the upper part of the structure increase,and the maximum stress and displacement often occur at the top of the structure.Within a certain range,changing the cross-sectional size can affect the peak value of stress and displacement of the corrugated steel structure,but the trend of stress and displacement does not change.The research can provide some guidance and reference for the selection of the corrugated steel structure.
