基层体校英式七人制橄榄球运动员选材简易方法的实践研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和个案研究法,结合笔者作为基层体校英式七人制橄榄球项目教练员选材工作的经验,创新性地从选材指标(选材年龄段、专项运动素质、身体形态、心理素质)和选材流程两个方面,阐述该项目运动员在基层体校的简易选材方法。同时将按照此选材方法输送的运动员运动技术等级和相关大赛成绩进行汇总整理,说明这些方法的可行性和有效性,希望为该项目教练员在基层体校的选材工作提供帮助和借鉴。By the method of literature,expert interviews and case study,combined with the author's experience of selection as a coach of the rugby sevens program in a grassroots sports school,the paper innovatively expounds the simple selection methods of the players of this sport in grassroots sports schools from two aspects:selection indicators(selection age,special sports quality,physical form and psychological quality)and selection processes,and summarizes and sorts out the sports skill level and related competition results of the players delivered by these selection methods,explaining the feasibility and effectiveness of these methods,hoping to provide help and reference for the selection of the coaches of this sport in grass-roots sports schools.
