摘　　要：中国男子篮球职业联赛(CBA)的人才培养效果一直以来决定着我国最高水平竞技篮球人才培养效果。近年来,CBA的人才培养机制经历了种种改革,取得了显著的培养效果。然而,随着改革的推进,许多现实困境与改革冲突逐渐显现。研究借鉴社会学和管理学相关理论与概念,通过逻辑演绎法、KJ法、文献内容分析法对CBA进行研究,而后对CBA目前的培养问题与困境进行分析,并依据分析结果对目前CBA面临的问题与困境提出建议。研究发现,目前CBA改革存在利益相关者的分歧与冲突困境、理念与实践之间的脱节困境、治理结构的弊端与局限困境。针对上述困境,研究认为,若要打破CBA后备人才培养的困境,需从联赛价值观的重构与价值导向的转变、决策者的系统思考与科学决策、个体与群体的关系与权益平衡3个方面进行破局。The talent training effect of the Chinese Basketball Association(CBA)has always determined the talent training effect of the highest-level competitive basketball in China.In recent years,the talents mechanism of the CBA has undergone various reforms and achieved remarkable training results.However,with the advancement of reform,many practical dilemmas and reform conflicts have gradually appeared.Drawing on the relevant theories and concepts of sociology and management,this paper studies the CBA through the logical deduction method,KJ method and literature method,then analyzes the current training problems and dilemmas of the CBA,and puts forward suggestions for them according to analysis results.The study has found that there are the following dilemmas in the current reform of the CBA:(1)the disagreement and conflict of stakeholders;(2)the disconnection between the concept and practice;(3)the drawbacks and limitations of the governance structure.In view of the above dilemmas,this study believes in order to break the dilemma of the reserve talent training of the CBA,it is necessary to break through the situation from three aspects:the reconstruction of the value of the CBA and the transformation of its value orientation,the systematic thinking and scientific decision-making of decision-makers,and the balance of the relationship of individuals and groups and their rights and interests.
