摘　　要：In May 6th,2024,Henkel China announced its acquisition of Vidal Sassoon subordinate to P&G and and its relevant hair care businesses in Greater China,including shampoo,hair conditioner,and styling and care products,but the transaction price has not been made public yet.According to Henkel,the businesses of Vidal Sassoon in Greater China realized a sales volume of 0.2 billion euros in the 2022/2023 fiscal year,and the acquisition will replenish the business portfolios of Henkel’s consumption brands in local markets,fill in the gap of the advanced hair care area,expand the company’s domain in hairdressing in addition to existing brands,and accelerate the performance growth.
