摘 要:采用中红外光谱仪对不同甲醇含量(体积分数,下同)的风窗清洗液进行了红外光谱数据采集。使用回归分析法建立了红外透射率与甲醇体积分数之间的线性回归分析预测模型,并对模型进行了检验。结果表明,红外透射率与甲醇含量的线性关系良好,复相关系数R^(2)为0.997,F检验和t检验均表明红外透射率对甲醇含量影响显著。此外,对该线性回归分析模型进行了预测与精度分析,预测结果均处于95%置信区间。该方法快速便捷、成本低且对环境友好,可用于生产现场实时检测风窗清洗液中甲醇的含量,以达到监控风窗清洗液气味状态的目的。In this paper,a mid-infrared spectrometer was used to collect infrared spectral data of windshield cleaning fluid with different methanol contents(volume fractions).Using regression analysis,a linear regression analysis prediction model between infrared transmittance and methanol content was established and tested.The results showed that the linear relationship between infrared transmittance and methanol content was good,with a multiple correlation coefficient R^(2) of 0.997.Both F-test and t-test indicated that infrared transmittance had a significant impact on methanol content.In addi-tion,the model prediction and accuracy analysis of the linear regression analysis model were carried out,and the predic-tion results were within the 95%confidence interval.This method is fast,convenient,low-cost,and environmentally friendly,and can be used for real-time detection of methanol content in windshield cleaning fluid in production sites to achieve the purpose of monitoring the odor status of windshield cleaning fluid.
